Terms of Shipping

We strive to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Below are answers to common questions about our shipping process and policies.

Delivery and responsibility

The products are delivered within the specified time. During delivery, the products undergo quality control. If the product is damaged during delivery, this is the responsibility of the shipping company. If the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, the buyer has the right to exchange it.

Refund and order cancellation

For non-fulfillment or untimely fulfillment of its obligations under this contract, the Buyer shall pay the Seller a penalty in the amount of 0.1 % of the value of the unfulfilled obligation for each day of delay in fulfilling the obligations, but not more than 10% of the value of the unfulfilled obligation. For non-fulfillment or untimely fulfillment of its obligations under this contract, the Seller pays the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the value of the unfulfilled obligation for each day of delay in fulfilling obligations, but not more than 10% of the value of the unfulfilled obligation. Payment of penalties, as well as compensation for losses, does not relieve the Parties from fulfilling their main obligations under this contract. Once the buyer has made the payment, the product will be shipped within 30 business days. If the order is canceled before it is shipped, the prepaid amount will be fully refunded within 15 business days. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation or refund will only be considered if the buyer has received an incorrect or defective product. The buyer must notify the seller in writing and return the product. After the quality has been checked, the amount will be refunded within 15 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days for domestic orders and 30 business days for international shipping, depending on customs and location.

Do you offer international shipping?

International delivery is carried out based on mutual agreement. Within Uzbekistan, the manufacturer is responsible for delivering the product, while all delivery costs are covered by the customer.

Who pays for shipping costs?

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer or agreement.
